What exactly do I get?

A working list of commercial-roof opportunities in Wisconsin with commercial-roof match, roof type, approximate size, possible visible-distress signals, owner name, owner mailing address, site address, business context where available, and interactive aerial review. After purchase, the complete frozen audience is downloadable as an Excel mailing list; bulk roof-image downloads are not included.

How is it priced?

Audience intelligence uses a fixed volume ladder based on the final deduplicated audience. Managed postcard printing and mailing is an optional per-piece add-on with volume discounts. See the pricing page for the current tiers. The exact total appears before checkout.

Is the list exclusive to me?

Self-serve purchases are non-exclusive and licensed for your organization's internal outreach. They do not prevent another contractor from buying a different or overlapping audience.

How do I know the data is any good?

Do you offer refunds or a guarantee?

How fresh is the data?

Every purchase freezes the current ownership, mailing, roof, and prioritization data shown at checkout. A later refreshed audience is a new purchase, so you always know which data version you bought.

Which areas does it cover?

The current self-serve product covers Wisconsin. You can use all Wisconsin, draw a radius, or create a custom polygon and apply the same roof and property filters inside it.

Where does the data come from?

The core self-serve product combines statewide parcel and assessor data, overhead imagery used to identify and classify roofs, and public Overture business listings where they match. Custom programs may add public permit data where local coverage is available.

Can I get owner phone numbers and emails?

No. The current audience includes owner and mailing information for direct mail, plus a likely business name and category where a reliable public Overture listing is matched. It does not include cold-contact phone numbers or email addresses.

How is it delivered, and how fast?

A self-serve purchase unlocks the complete frozen Excel audience and interactive roof review. Managed postcard campaigns add printing, addressing, USPS submission, and delivery tracking.

Can I share or resell the list?

The license is for your organization's own outreach. Reselling, publishing, sublicensing, or redistributing the data is prohibited. Bulk roof-image downloads are not included.
