Overhead Signal sells immediately accessible digital audiences and optional managed postcard fulfillment. This policy applies to self-serve purchases unless a signed order says otherwise.
Digital audience purchases
Digital audience purchases are generally non-refundable after the complete audience and Excel export are unlocked. If a technical failure prevents delivery, contact us so we can restore access or provide an appropriate remedy.
Managed postcard orders
Postcard fulfillment may be cancelled before submission to the print-mail provider. Once printing or mailing begins, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded except for a verified production error attributable to us or our provider.
Verify before you buy
We'd rather you be sure up front. Every prospective customer can explore real scored roofs from Wisconsin and build an exact audience before checkout. Check the visible examples against buildings you already know before buying.
If something looks wrong
Public records are never perfect, and we don't warrant accuracy. If you believe a delivery has a material problem, contact us and we'll review it under the acceptance and remedy terms in your agreement.
