Overhead Signal provides commercial-roof territory intelligence compiled from public records and aerial imagery. A purchased audience may include roof estimates, owner and mailing data, property details, likely business context, and prioritization signals as described on our pricing page. The data is best-effort and drawn from public sources; it is not warranted to be complete or error-free.

A purchase grants the buying organization a non-exclusive license to use the delivered intelligence for its own business outreach. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or provide the data to an unrelated third party. Bulk roof-image rights are not included.

Self-serve prices are based on the final deduplicated recipient count shown before checkout. Stripe processes payment. Audience purchases unlock the frozen Excel list and interactive review; managed-mail purchases also authorize us and our print-mail provider to print, address, submit, and track the approved postcard campaign.

Delivered digital audiences are generally non-refundable because access is immediate. Managed-mail orders cannot be cancelled once submitted for printing. You can inspect real examples and the exact audience count before purchase. See our refund policy.

You are solely responsible for how you contact the property owners on your list and for complying with all laws that apply to your outreach, including, where relevant, the TCPA, Do Not Call rules, and CAN-SPAM. We provide mailing addresses for direct mail; we do not provide cold-call phone numbers or email addresses.

The list is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Overhead Signal is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid under the engagement giving rise to the claim.

We may update these terms. The version posted when you purchase governs that order unless a separate signed agreement expressly replaces it.
